All our slabs, whether monolithic or footing slabs,  are engineer-designed and above industry standards and requirements.

In our houses, we use blue pine framing which gives you a 25 year structural damage guarantee against white ants and decay.  We also place the frame studs at 450mm centres.  This ensures all the walls are straight and plumb thus avoiding any problems with cornices or cracking of walls.

In the construction of our houses, we use a two-part termite barrier.  Termiglass is a non-toxic long lasting termite barrier and considered the leading termite barrier in Australia.  It is environmentally friendly, has no ongoing treatment costs and has a durability of 60 years plus.  Termiglass is a crushed granular product and a proven safe and long lasting physical non-toxic termite barrier.  The gap between the Termiglass particles is too small for the termites to penetrate, too heavy for the termites to move and too hard for the termites to chew.  Termiglass offers protection around the entire perimeter of your house.

We use only Monier roof tiles on our houses as Monier is the only company with valley clips on its tiles thus preventing the tiles from shifting and splitting thus causing water damage.

All our houses have quality European appliances.  In every house, we use a quality laminex bench top which has a pencil round edge.  To avoid chips and scratches in the kitchens, bathrooms and vanities, we use a 3mm plastic edge.  We put these on all our cupboard doors and use melamine shelving throughout our kitchens.

In our bathrooms and ensuites, we use quality chrome fittings and  semi-frameless shower screens as these add to the appearance and  are easier to keep clean.

Also, in each house, we use 100mm floor wastes.  These are a great asset as they stop the clogging of shower trays and also make cleaning easier.

We use sliding wardrobe doors throughout our houses and easy clean  melamine shelving.
