All of our slabs are engineered designed whether they are monolithic or footing slabs and they are all above industry standards and requirements. In all of our homes we use blue pine framing which gives you a 25 year structural damage guarantee against white ants and decay. We also place the frame stud centres at 450mm centres, this enables all the walls to be nice and straight and plumb, thus avoids any problems with cornices or cracking of walls, it just produces a far better job than most builders out there today.
In all of our homes we use a two part termite barrier. Termiglass is a nontoxic long lasting termite barrier; it is considered the leading termite barrier in Australia. It is environmentally friendly; it has no ongoing treatment costs and has a durability of over 60 years.
Termiglass is a crushed granular product, is a proven save and long lasting physical non toxic termite barrier. The gap between the Termiglass particles is too small for the termites to crawl through, too heavy for the termites to move and too hard for the termites to chew. Termiglass offers protection around the entire perimeter of your home.
We only use Monier roof tiles on all our homes, they are the only company that has valley clips on their tiles and this stops the tiles from shifting and splitting and causing water damage to the roofs.
All of our homes have quality European appliances, in every single house we us a quality laminex bench top which has a pencil round edge. In the kitchen and bathrooms and all of our vanities to avoid chips and scratches from kids and that, we use a 2mm plastic edge, we put these on all of our cupboard doors and we also put melamine shelves throughout all of our kitchens.
In all of our bathrooms and ensuites we have quality chrome fittings instead of using the standard plastic ones as a lot of building companies do. We use semi-frameless shower screens in all of our homes; this adds to the appearance and helps in keeping them clean. Also in every single house we use 100mm floor wastes, these are a great asset as they stop the clogging up of shower trays and also make it a bit easier to keep clean, which is a common problem with the smaller shower trays a lot of other builders use.
We use sliding wardrobes throughout all of our homes, most other builders use painted pine shelves whereas we use a factory fitted melamine shelving which makes it nice and easy to keep clean.
